Here’s the step-by-step process for giving the rooms in your home a glamorous uplift:
1. The Meeting
Our first step is to meet (via zoom or in-person ) and gather as much information as possible about what you want and get the “bigger picture”.
This part of our journey together is perhaps the most crucial. And, the quickest and easiest way to facilitate the process is to gain a deeper understanding of you, your family’s tastes, find out what you aspire to have in your new products… and… discover exactly how you’ll be using them.
- Are your soft furnishings for decorative use or ‘living’ use?
- What colours, textures, trims, look and feel do you like and dislike?
- How many arrangements or clusters are we doing?
- Do you need bespoke seating? Is it for indoor or outdoor use?
We’ll need to know this and much more to find the perfect solution to fit your needs and lifestyle.
2. The Idea Stage
Here, (by video-call or email) we’ll show you a stunning range of product samples, fabric samples, embroideries, product ideas and trims that are available for you to enhance your home.
We put together and present you with a mood board of ideas and options to show what we feel will look great in your room and the vision we have for your environment.
Also, we’ll send you fabric swatches for your approval, so you can get a real feel for what you’re getting. Once you’re happy with what you’ve seen, we’ll proceed with production.
3. Production
We use this time to carefully create and put together your collections.
Know this, we’ve racked up over 30 years manufacturing bespoke soft furnishings for a ton of clients. We know what works, what doesn’t and what option will be ideal for its usage. We have many contacts in the industry who are experts in their field and that means even the most challenging concepts are achievable.
So, you may be asking: “How long will it take to make my soft furnishings?” The truth is that every project is different.
The amount of time it takes to make cushions, throws and seating varies and lead times can range from 2 to 6 weeks depending on the product and availability. Making anything bespoke takes time but it’s worth the wait!
…However rest assured, we will always keep you informed and up to date with production schedules and timelines.
4. Implementation
The big day is here!
It’s what you’ve been waiting for… your stunning range of soft furnishings arrive and are ready to be installed.
Now, as you know, we’re living in a new and challenging world with the COVID-19 pandemic. We want to make sure everyone feels completely safe. Which is why we are offering you three different delivery and implementation options.
Here they are:
- We ship everything to you with instructions for you to install
- We ship everything to you and guide you through installation via Zoom
Or
- No hassle or headache for you… we’ll personally deliver and install your products without you needing to lift a single finger! (We’ll wear face masks, regularly use hand sanitiser and socially distance, when possible, for as long as we are on site).
